Miles Brands is winding down its business operations. Existing customer agreements will not be renewed upon expiration or conclusion and remain subject to their applicable terms and law.

Account Inquiries & Claims

Current or former customers who believe they have an unresolved account matter, refund request, credit, or other contractual claim may submit it in writing to:

Please include your account information, the basis of your request, and any relevant supporting documentation.

Submission of a request does not constitute an acknowledgment or admission that the request is valid or that any amount is owed. No representation or guarantee is made regarding the approval, timing, priority, manner, or availability of payment.

This notice does not constitute an admission of liability, indebtedness, breach of contract, wrongdoing, insolvency, or the validity of any claim. Miles Brands expressly reserves all rights, remedies, defenses, and contractual rights available under applicable law.
