STEP 1: PRE-LAUNCH PHASE

We build out your store front, create custom content for your branded store and create all copy, messaging and angles to test upon launch

STEP 2: LAUNCH

We launch our marketing campaigns with our 8 figure advertising team with paid ads, email/sms marketing and influencer marketing.

STEP 3: WE SCALE AND OPERATE YOUR STORE

We continue to grow and operate the store and as we scale, to consistently fuel growth, we line you up with our capital partners and other vendors to set the foundation for the next level of growth.

Do you offer funding or financing?


We work with 3rd party funding options we can refer you to if you have a good credit score. They can look at your current financial situation and tell you exactly how much funding you qualify for. We do require a refundable deposit of $500. If you are approved and funded the $500 will go towards your initial set-up fee. If you are not approved we will refund 100% of your deposit.


Is the startup fee one time only?


YES! We are the only automation agency that requires a one-time setup fee. With Diversify Partners, you do not have to put a credit card on file for inventory or ad-spend. We use the initial fee to set up and scale the store. The only other fee is the profit splits.


Can I use credit cards to scale the business?


Though it's not required after the initial setup fee some of our clients do ask to put a credit card on file to help scale the store faster. AGAIN, this is not required.


How do returns work?


AMZ and WFS: Whenever a customer wants a return, the team will send them a return label and ship the order back to wherever we sourced it. We try to make it as hands free and hands off as possible for our clients.


SHOPIFY: We hold products at the 3PL warehouse so it can be resold.


What products will my store sell?


We sell general products in different niches from different US suppliers, for example: Home improvement products, we don’t sell anything offensive, cannabis or porn related products.


What makes my store different from others?


Product research is done for each store individually, so each store will have different products posted on them.


How many products will be in my store?


AMZ and WFS: We list anywhere from 15-30 products everyday in your store, there will be more than 300 products on it by the end of the first month.


SHOPIFY: We upload 950 filler products. We test around 2-3 products a day until we find a winner that we can scale.


What are the profit margins?


AMZ and WFS: 9-15% net monthly

SHOPIFY: 30-40% net monthly


Why do you need me if you can do it yourself?


For AMZ and WFS, most automation agencies will say "aMazON oNlY aLloWs oNe stOre peR SNN" Yes that's true but anyone can simply just buy an AMZ and WFS store from someone and run it that way. For AMZ, WFS, and Shopify, the reason we seek investors is simply for leverage. We treat the stores like digital real estate. In real estate, you won't just buy a house cash because you have the money. You would leverage the mortgage company's dollar so your return on your capital can be higher.


How long does the setup process take?


From the time your wire the initial funds to the day we launch the store can take anywhere between 1-3 weeks. Mainly because we are either waiting on the entity creation, business banking, and PayPal account to be set up or we are waiting for AMZ to do their verification.


If you are looking to invest in a Shopify store and you have your entity, biz bank account, etc ready. We can generally get the store up and going within 1 week.



Can I pause my store if it’s growing too fast?


Yes, we can put your store on vacation mode to stop new sales if you run out of capital.


How much working capital should I need?


$0, we use the initial capital to grow and scale the store.


How big can my store become?


We have seen stores reach $350K per month, it will all depend on how quickly we can find a brandable product client.


-The cycle of a store goes like this:


Product testing 1 (5-9 products before finding a winner)


Scaling 1 ( Winner found, store revenue is starting to increase)


Product dies out. ( Product is starting to get saturated, sales are starting to slow down, profit margins are starting to be eaten by rising CPAs)

Branding 1 ( Product shows promise. We begin the process of branding the product and becoming a market leader)



The first product we start to scale may not be the product we start branding. A lot of times products are trendy and we try to take advantage and make as much money as possible on the products while we can.
